Bio-Rad Gene Pulser Xcell Electroporation System
The Gene Pulser Xcell system is a flexible, modular electroporation system for transfecting any cell type, from primary, suspension and difficult-to-transfect cells, including T-cells, to bacteria and fungi. The system consists of a main unit, two accessory modules, the capacity extender (CE module) and pulse controller (PC module) and a ShockPod cuvette chamber.

- Voltage: 10 - 3000 V
- 10 - 500 V, 25 - 3275 µF in steps of 25 µF
- 500 - 3000 V, 10, 25, 50 µF
- 50 - 1000 Ω in 50 Ω increments, plus infinity
- 20 Ω minimum at 10 - 2500 V
- 600 Ω minimum at 2500 - 3000 V
- 10 - 500 V: 0.05 - 10 ms in steps of 0.05 ms, 10 - 100 ms pulse in steps of 1 ms, 1 - 10 pulses, 0.1 - 10 sec interval
- 500 - 3000 V: 0.05 - 5 ms in steps of 0.05 ms, 1 - 2 pulses, minimum 5 sec interval
